After 25+ years of experience in product management, sales development, and consulting, I’ve repeatedly encountered the same challenge. Startups and even established product/business development teams often fail to prevent common mistakes and repeat past errors.
While many tools and frameworks exist, few tackle the full product lifecycle—from ideation to growth. Drawing on my experiences at startups and companies like Microsoft, VMware, and IBM, I developed the New Business Modelling Framework. NBM4 is a holistic approach to managing the entire product journey.
Applying its ideas to more than 20 products has been encouraging. Still, the world is constantly changing, and I feel compelled to elaborate it further through this site.
